The Environmental Considerations OM section corresponds to the ADB's first ever Environment Policy approved in November 2002
On October 29, 2003 the ADB issued an Operations Manual section on Environmental Considerations. Most ADB Board approved policies have a corresponding section in the Operations Manual (referred to as an OM section, or simply an OM) which instructs management on how to implement the policy. The Environmental Considerations OM is the corresponding OM section to the Environment Policy approved in November 2002.
