Debate continues over mining in Ghana's forest reserves

The National Coalition of Civil Society Groups Against Mining in Ghana's Forest Reserves issued a media statement on March 31, 2004. Several days later, the local press issued an editorial supporting the Coalition's call for an end to mining in Ghana's forest reserves.
