The International Finance Corporation (IFC), Royal Dutch Shell and Diamond Bank of Nigeria have each committed one third of the $30 million investment required to establish the Niger Delta Contractor Revolving Credit Facility, through which a local bank in the Niger Delta will extend loans to contractors working for Shell and its affiliates.
