Nadia Hadad
Program Associate, Mekong/South East Asia, Asia Program
Based in Jakarta, Nadia joined BIC’s Asia Program as the Indonesia Project Coordinator in September 2007, and on May 15, 2008, became the Program Associate for the Mekong/South East Asia Program.
Prior to BIC, Nadia was with the International NGO Forum on Indonesian Development (INFID) for seven years. At INFID she had a variety of responsibilities ranging from media coordination to program support. Most recently, Nadia was INFID's Program Coordinator for MDGs and Poverty. Her time at INFID provided an opportunity to work on water issues, debt, globalization, IFIs, MDGs and democratization in Indonesian context. Nadia was heavily involved in research, lobbying, networking, and producing campaign and popular education materials. She was the chief editor of INFID’s Newsletter from 2003. Nadia is an Indonesian national with a background in Economics. She speaks Bahasa Indonesia and English.
