The SPF will be accepting comments on the draft procedures until February 16, 2004
On January 28, 2004, the Office of the Special Project Facilitator (OSPF), which runs the first phase of the ADB's new Accountability Mechanism, released a draft version of the Operating Procedures for this office. The SPF will accept comments on this draft until February 16, 2004. The draft procedures can be viewed on the ADB's website.
