    Comprehensive Review of ADB Water Policy Implementation

    Review Process: The ADB conducted a series of consultations in Cambodia, Fiji Islands, Indonesia, Kazakhstan and India. The results of the consultations can be found on the ADB website.

    The new Public Communications Policy took effect September 1, 2005

    Safeguard Policy Review

    Review Process: The update process of the ADB’s three safeguard policies has been extended from its original timeline. This is due to an evaluation of ADB policy implementation which will be carried out by OED from January to June 2006. Although the official deadline has passed, the ADB continues to accept comments on the Discussion Note, which can be sent to . ADB is scheduled to begin face-to-face consultations including 5 country-level consultations and 5 sub-regional consultations in 4th Quarter of 2006.
