Colombia's Department of Planning announces a pledge of 796 billion pesos to finance a highway that would connect the cities of Tumaco, Pasto, Mocoa and Puerto Asís, part of the Regional Infrastructure Integration Initiative (IIRSA). The projects will be completed between 2010 and 2016.
