The latest edition of the BICECA bulletin features analysis from civil society groups from around the region on the IDB Capital Increase and the pending institutional reforms linked to it.

The Inter-American Development Bank's Annual Meetings took place March 19-23 in Cancún, Mexico. Several civil society organizations were in attendance, among them: DAR (Peru), ILSA (Colombia), CEDHA (Argentina), ITEM (Uruguay), CEADESC (Bolivia), FUNDAR (Mexico), CDES (Ecuador), BIC (USA), Amazon Watch (USA), among others. They seized the opportunity to continue to press the Governors and management of the IDB for institutional reforms that would benefit the entire region. The three priority themes were: sustainability and climate change; integration and sustainable transport; and increased accountability through a development results framework.
This edition of the BICECA bulletin includes analysis presented in Cancun by civil society from around the region on the necessary IDB reforms, including:
