The ADB will be accepting comments on the draft procedures until April 29, 2004
The draft procedures of the Compliance Review Panel (CRP) have been posted on the Asian Development Bank (ADB) website. Comments are being requested from interested external stakeholders until April 29, 2004.
The CRP is the policy compliance arm of the ADB's new Accountability Mechanism. This compliance arm is coupled with a consultation function, which is conducted by the Special Projects Facilitator (SPF). The SPF's procedures were finalized after a comment period in February 2004.
