World Bank Group poised to approve guarantees for West Africa Gas Pipeline; civil society calls for delay

The Board of Directors of the World Bank and MIGA is scheduled to approve two guarantees in support of the W.A.G.P. on Tuesday, November 23rd. Local civil society organizations from the project region and international allies have called for a delay.
