BIC and Catholic Relief Services' new report: "Chad's Oil: Miracle or Mirage? Following the Money in Africa's Newest Petro-State" takes a critical look at the Chad-Cameroon oil pipeline project. It reveals that after the first year of oil exports, this World Bank-financed project to transform oil revenues into poverty reduction in Chad is hanging by a thread. This report will be launched at events in Washington (2/17), New York (2/18), Paris (3/1) and London (3/2).
