US Treasury representatives presented their proposal for financing IDA debt relief for HIPC countries this morning at the "U.S. Debt and Development Forum." Representatives of US Treasury at the meeting included Under Secretary of the Treasury for International Affairs, John Taylor, and Deputy Assistant Secretary for International Development Finance and Debt, Bobby Pittman, Jr.
