Heeding calls from NGOs, Bank releases CAO report on DRC mine

After awaiting clearance from the World Bank President's office since October 2005, the CAO released its audit of MIGA's due diligence of the Dikulushi copper-silver mine in the Democratic Republic of Congo in early February.
