BIC's Europe and Central Asia program has compiled an easy access source of information on International Financial Institution (IFI) disclosure policies and their weaknesses.
The Quick Reference Guide is intended to assist CSOs in tracking international fnancial institutions (IFI) policies and practices regarding revenue and contract transparency in the extractive industries of oil, gas, and mining. The paper summarizes the relevant IFI policies and identifies important remaining gaps and weaknesses.
