Project Appraisal Document The main technical document describing a loan for the Bank's Board prior to their vote on whether to approve or reject a project. | Following Board decision on project. Environmental Assessment A complex document analyzing environmental impacts and alternatives; includes other project studies and reports, such as resettlement action plans. Indigenous Peoples Development Plan Prepared by the borrower when an investment project has significant affect on indigenous peoples. Factual and Technical Document Factual technical documents refer to project-related technical information gathered or received by the Bank from agencies or consultants associated with the project and may include: prefeasibility studies, feasibility studies, site and soil investigations, detailed design studies, etc. | During project preparation requests can be made for Project or Sector Loan Documents containing factual technical information.
