Alexey Kvasov is the Executive Director for the Russian Federation for the Boards of Executive Directors for IBRD, IDA, IFC and MIGA . Mr. Kvasov, who assumed office on July 1, 2002, succeeded Andrei Bugrov, and served the remainder of Mr. Bugrov's term, which expired on October 31, 2002. Prior to joining the World Bank Group, Mr. Kvasov worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Russia from 1991 - 2002.
