Update Oil Union files corruption charges against the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan 30 October 2003 The Committee of Oil Industry Worker´s Rights Protection has submitted a complaint to the IFC and World Bank charging the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) with corruption. SOCAR is part of the BTC Company consortium.
