Morales Announces that Studies for Construction of Cachuela Esperanza Dam Have Been Concluded

President Evo Morales announced on tuesday that the study and final design for the construction of a massive hydroelectric plant in Canchuela Esperanza, northeast Bolivia, have been concluded. The plant will generate 990 megawatts, almost the cureent energy demand of the whole country. Read more
