Transparency at the EBRD

EBRD's Public Information Policy is the primary document that spells out Bank's information disclosure standards and procedures. A new policy was approved on May 12, 2008 and will become effective on November 12, 2008.

In response to stakeholder demands, the new policy is replacing EBRD's 2006 Public Information Policy ahead of scheduled review in 2009. However, unlike the new Social and Environmental Policy, the new PIP has not changed significantly since the last review in 2006.
