Silvia Molina
Regional Coordinator, Latin America and Caribbean Program
Silvia Molina joins BIC as the Latin American Regional Coordinator. Silvia is responsible for promoting transparency at the multilateral development banks (MDBs), through civil society organizations (CSOs) in the region; supporting regional CSOs' advocacy campaigns; and promoting CSO participation in integration processes such as the Initiative for Integration of Regional Infrastructure in South America (IIRSA). She has previously worked on research integration for IIRSA.
Silvia has more than fifteen years experience in Bolivia in natural resources environmental evaluation and water system projects. She has worked with the public sector and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in public consultation processes and environmental controls of infrastructure projects. She is a Civil Engineer with postgraduate studies in Ecology and Conservation from Universidad Mayor de San Andrés.
