Dilshod joined BIC in August 2009 as an intern for the Europe and Central Asia Program. Over the past year he has worked for local think tank and microfinance organization called MACED (Mountain Association for Community Economic Development) in Berea, KY as a research assistant for Research and Policy Department. He studied at Berea College in Berea, KY, earning a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a minor in Economics. His interests include economic development issues in Central Asian region. Dilshod is a native of Tashkent, Uzbekistan and he speaks fluent Russian and Uzbek
