Con dicho decreto los derechos de propiedad colectiva quedarán debilitados. Al aprobar dicho decreto el Gobierno del Perú esta actuando de forma inconstitucional y en detrimento de la violación de los derechos humanos. Con ello, AIDESEP solicita al Presidente Moreno la revisión del financiamiento del Proyecto “Programa de Titulación y Registro de Tierras – PTRTIII Inversión” (PE-L1026).
